Help Fill A Dream is a charitable foundation that fosters hope and happiness for Vancouver Island children with life-threatening conditions by fulfilling dreams, helping families, and improving quality of life. "Dream" means the request of the Child applicant, and may include things such as, but not limited to a trip, a celebrity meeting or a tangible object such as a computer. "Family Assistance" means assistance provided to families in order to ease the burden of unexpected costs and challenges associated with the Child's condition. "Quality of Life Initiatives" provide focused funding to improve a Child's mobility, health and well-being, or may address the needs of individuals or groups of unspecified Children living with life-threatening conditions.
