The Trust was formed to further development of individuals with leadership skills. The income is distributed to Registered Charities with programs that fulfill the objects of the Foundation. They include charities that work with youth and also universities that give bursaries to students who they feel meet the criteria. Some new charities may be added from time to time and some are reduced or dropped.
