The newly organized In Motion exercise program has done its 2nd year and was very successful. We have a trained volunteer member lead this course. It really benefits those with health issues-heart, breathing, hips,knees, mobility. We also offered a preschool program in the school holiday that was coordinated with our local library. There are many more opportunities for daily cards for those who enjoy that pursuit.
