Our focus is on play allowing for an inclusive environment where all children can gain self-confidence, a healthy attitude towards learning, and exploration of creativity regardless of background, language, or culture. At its core the program at Crown is guided by the British Columbia Early Learning Framework with its learning goals of Well-Being & Belonging, Exploration & Creativity, Languages & Literacies and Social Responsibility & Diversity. Literacy and numeracy activities are a consistent part of the program and are offered in a variety of ways that are suitable for our youngest students right through to those who are preparing to move on to kindergarten.
