The Autism Resource Centre started three new programs in 2015/2016. Ladies night - which is a night designed for women who have ASD to come together and find support and activities directed specifically to and for women. Afternoon Cafe - which is a once a week time for adults living with ASD to come and socialize with each other for an afternoon. PEERS - which is an evidence-based social skills intervention program that will focus on such area as making friends, keeping friends and dealing with conflict.
