Home bridge provides care and housing for children aged 12 to 18 who are in the care of the province of NS (Community Services). This is done through five long-erm homes and one short-term emergency stabiliation (Crisis) Centre. HOme Bridge also operates a classroom (education) program for youth, called Bridges for Learning
