1. Inform & educate the public on Community Foundations and the positive effects of endowment contributions. 2. Make grants to qualified donees who provide services to the community. 3. Administer on behalf of municipal government a granting program which includes grants to qualifying NPO's in the fields of sexual exploitation of youth and community social development. 4. Make grants to designated beneficiaries who are qualified donees. 5. Receive donations from donors and municipal governments for immediate distribution to qualified donees. 6. Maintain and enhance relationships with charities within our geographic service area. 7. Support youth leadership development through our youth granting commitee. 8. Patnership with other charities to deliver education programs to improve the quality of charitable management. 9. Biannually, produce and Publish Vital Signs, a statistical review of the health of our local community. 10.
