It is the aim of our organization to stimulate an awareness of, and interest in, Netherlandic (Dutch and Flemish) culture and to facilitate the gathering and dissemination of information in the areas of interest of the organization. Our Organization encourages the study of the Dutch language and of Netherlandic culture at educational and cultural institutions in Canada in the form of classroom programs and library acquisitions. As such we undertake activities to promote the above-mentioned goals. Besides the National organization there are local Chapters in several cities across Canada. These chapters organize activities and are supported by the National organization (speakers, congress).
