We are a community-based organization that provides navigation, education, peer support, employment services, attendant services, and advocacy for people with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities across Ontario. Employment Services and Attendant Services are only offered in the GTA. We have 16 offices across Ontario - Toronto East and West, Barrie, Hamilton, London, Kingston, Muskoka, Ottawa, Peterborough, Sault Ste.Marie, Sudbury, Thunder Bay, Windsor, York region, Waterloo, Mississauga/Halton and Dufferin/Peel. All of our programs assist people with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities to achieve independence, self-reliance and full community participation. We work in partnership with the 5 major spinal cord injury rehabilitation centres and have multiple partners in the community to ensure a seamiess service for clients upon discharge or when facing barriers to achieving optimum health and wellness. Many of our Knowledge Enterprise products that are produced through our education department are accessible at a distance and the Spinal Cord Connections Resource Centre provides information and education via phone internet and in person.
