1) Case Management - intensive case management support geared to people who are living in the community experiencing serious mental illness. Provides services to Adult, Youth and dual diagnosis. 2) Housing Support - provide supportive, cooperative living environment for individuals experiencing serious mental illness; Homelessness initiative - provides rent supplements in conjunction with case management services 3) Clubhouse - provide recreation, social, vocational and peer support to members 4) Community Awareness & Family Mental Health Initiatives - aims to reduce the stigma of mental illness through workshops, displays, brochures, fact sheets & a newsletter 5) Court Support & Release From Custody - assist people with mental health/developmental needs who become involved with the criminal justice system including youth court services 6) Crisis Services - offers individualized support to assist the client in the resolution of their emotional or personal crisis - services include 24 hour crisis line, mobile response, and residential crisis beds 7) Resource Development - offers volunteer opportunities for people and fund raising 8) Assertive Community Treatment Team - offers intensive support, rehabilitation and treatment focusing on the individual's personal recovery goals through a multidisciplinary team 9) Early Psychosis Intervention (EPI) & Youth Services - aims to reduce the duration of untreated psychosis by promoting early identification of psychosis and es...
