Crohn's and Colitis Canada's Promoting Access and Care through Centres of Excellence (PACE) Network is a pan-Canadian initiative being delivered through Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Centres of Excellence in Alberta, Ontario and Quebec. Its goal is to bring together leading Canadian researchers and clinicians in order to elevate access to quality care, advance best practices, standardize delivery of care, reduce chronic steroid use and ultimately improve patient outcomes for Canadians living with IBD.
