Accounting and evaluating the work of committees on the accreditation of centres, the certification of individuals, public policy and ehics and laboratory and clinical standards. The CCMG organizes continuing professional development for its fellows and for their health care professionals. Preparing and presenting briefs to appropriate levels of government on the importance of resources, scope and effectiveness of medical genetic services in Canada. They provide grants through the Linda Stevens Memorial Fund to trainees in CCMG training centres and allow them to attend educational courses in other centres.
