We promote health through offering educational workshops, wellness classes and foot clinics. We provide transportation for seniors. We offer congregate dining programs as well as a variety of recreational programs including physical fitness, arts & crafts, trips and drop-in programs. We provide classes including computer, ESL, drama, line and ball room dancing, sewing, and crafts, Tamil song and dance, and facilitate table games. We provide supportive counseling, translations and community intervention. We hold movie days, chess club and writing club. We have cultural and other celebrations for our four groups of seniors-Tamil, Chinese, Bengali and English speaking seniors.
