Services Provided by Bloor Information And Life Skills Centre
Bloor Information and Life Skills Centre (BILS), provides services and assistance to newcomers, immigrants, refugees, long-term residents and Canadian citizens in the area of immigration, housing, employment, health care, social assistance, CPP, OAS and other related areas. As well, BILS provides community education, an Income Tax clinic in March and Commissioner of Oaths services. BILS also provides services to women who are victims of abuse of risk of abuse. Our services are provided in the following languages: Albanian, Bengall, Cantonese, English, Hindi, Mandarin, Spanish, Punjabi and Urdu. Our services are free and confidential.
