We represent 30 amateur community arts festivals across Manitoba. Our directive is to promote and encourage the development of the creative arts in conjunction with local festivals. We provide services, programs and resources to the local festivals. In addition, we hold an annual conference, provincial music and speech finals, a provincial syllabus, promotional services, publications and festival development.
