CKUA Radio is a community-supported, Alberta broadcasting service that enriches lives by presenting diverse music and original programming that entertains, inspires, enlightens and educates in the following ways: 1) Serve the public of Alberta by providing commentary and news about music, arts and cultural events and artists 2) The production & broadcast of weekly and daily audio and spoken word programs that promote local and Canadian artists 3) The production & presentation of live music and cultural events, school programs and public tours 4) Training and supporting post-secondary interns on broadcasting and radio arts 5) Partnering with other local charitable organizations on initiatives and promotions to strengthen the arts and cultural community in Alberta
