1. Twenty-four (24) hour eighteen (18) bed emergency shelter for women and children that are fleeing abusive violence situations. 2. Provide affordable and safe second stage fifteen (15) unit housing up to eighteen (18) months to those considering new long term living arrangements. 3. Provide twenty-four (24) hour supportive counselling, referrals, advocacy and accompaniment to women and children in crisis. 4. Accompany and assist those in need to access vital services; social assistance, lawyers, doctors, hospital/clinics, housing, etc... 5, In collaboration with other service agencies educate the public by providing awareness activities on domestic abuse. 6. Work with Government and communities to enact legislation and policies for the protection of women and children. 5. Maintain a 'donor room' with articles donated by the public for women and children in crisis.
