Provide referral & information services. A loaning library of books and videos on disability supports, tax reform and sexual health programming. Support people w/disbilities access inclusive recreation arts and culture including a summer rec program and monthly dance subsidizing fee tickets & equipment Send rep to National Canadian Assoc. for Community Living, participate in National Initiatives, pilot projects, conferences and public awareness campaigns Provide individual supports and advocacy for people with disabilities & their families Work with NGOs and government organizations around policy & sevice policies Support people with barriers to employment through the Ready Willing & Able Program, Transition Program & individual supports & celebrate successes.
