In 2015/16 Community Living York South was successful in obtaining a Trillium grant in the amount of $335,100 allocated over the course of three years. For 2015/16 $111,700 of these funds have been allocated towards the ACT 4 Youth program that is meant to assist young people aged 20-29 with intellectual disabilities who have graduated from school and currently have no forms of day support, to develop independence and employment training skills during this transition period.
