1) Harm Reduction program aims to keep people safe and minimize death, disease, and injury from high risk behaviour 2) The Community PEER resource Centre offers HIV - related resources, computer access and educational experiences for clients who are looking to share experiences with their peers, build transferable skills and navigate through some of the issues relevant to their lives. 3) Educating to Empower program, designed to educate participants on social justice issues related to HIV/AIDS, was distributed across Canada by CATIE for use in AIDS Service Organizations across the country. The Health Promotion Case management team's mandate is to engage with clients form key populations who are most at risk for HIV acquisition. 5) Community Case Management is a partnership between AIDS Vancouver as the lead agency and the Downtown East side Women's Centre and Settlement Orientation Services with VHC/SPH.
