Trinity Caring Team - extension of pastoral care: formed to help maintain contact and share the message of Trinity with those who have considered Trinity their spiritual home but are now unable or find it difficult to attend worship or other functions of the church. Volunteers make phone calls, personal visits, and conduct monthly church services with music at local care of facilities.
